STAGE UNIT RENTAL CONDITIONS
  1. By signing an order form or delivery note, the customer accepts the general terms and conditions of Stage Unit nv.
  2. The customer is aware of the general terms and conditions of Stage Unit nv prior to a first rental.
  3. The rented equipment remains property of Stage Unit nv at all times. The customer is liable at all times for any damage or loss occuring before the equipment is returned to Stage Unit nv.
  4. The customer is liable for any damage caused by equipment belonging to Stage Unit nv and should cover and/or insure the market value of the equipment during the complete rental periode form departure at Stage Unit nv until the return to Stage Unit nv.
  5. The customer shall insure the equipment for all damage that could be caused by the users actions and/or defects in the materials pursuant to article 1382 of the Belgian civil code and/or equivalent of the local legislation.
  6. The customer is responsible for all necessary inspection tests on site and all licenses for the use of the rented equipment of Stage Unit nv.
  7. The customer is charged for the late retrun of equipment and for any other costs incurred as a result.
  8. All equipment must be returned in their original condition. Conversions or other changes made to the material by the customer always incure a supplementary charge at the hourly rate of 45 euro/ hour ex tva, to restore it to its original condition as it was upon departure.
  9. Stage Unit is not in any way liable for the non-delivery or late delivery of goods in the event of circumstances beyond its control.
  10. All invoices must be paid in cash unless other payment terms are stipulated in writing. Our invoices are fully accepted, in case of dispute, the client must contest by registered post within seven days of invoice date.
  11. The local courts of Mechelen/Belgium have sole jurisdiction in case of any dispute.
  12. Invoices under 25 euro ex tva will be charged an additional 5 euro administrative fee.
